Questions about your order?

My tickets are lost or stolen. What should I do?

We are sorry, but unfortunately we won’t be able to assist you. We advice you to re-print your ticket and arrive at the event as early as possible as tickets are only valid for a single entry. You can still gain entry to the event if the stolen/lost ticket isn’t been used.

I have paid for my tickets but have not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

It can take up to 30 minutes to receive a confirmation. Please check your Spam Folder if you still did not receive a confirmation. You can contact  Eventbrite support if you did not receive a confirmation mail.

Can I show my e-ticket on my phone?

Yes, e-tickets are mobile.
If you own a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android device which is capable of opening a pdf file, then you can show your ticket on your phone. Keep in mind that mobile reception may be weak due to the large crowd, so please download your e-ticket in advance.

Can I cancel or return the ticket?

No, purchased tickets are non-refundable.

Is there re-entry?

Summerpark Festival operates a strict no re-entry policy.
